Job Overview

The Sales Engineer supports our sales & marketing efforts to provide our customers with a diverse wireless infrastructure solution. The role participates in standards committees, technical sales, trade shows, and customer meetings. The Sales Engineer provides customers with pre- and post-sales technical support including design assistance, answering technical questions, preparing offers, quotes, and proposals.

Minimum Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers pre- and post-sales, including design assistance and preparing offers.
  • Engage proactively with key customers to ensure excellent client experience.
  • Collaborate with sales team and clients to propose products as preferred solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to include Hubbell in project specifications.
  • Research and pursue new client opportunities.
  • Conduct product meetings, develop client rapport, and follow through to order.
  • Analyze client requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues to foster long-term relationships.
  • Monitor market and competitor activities, report findings to sales leadership.
  • Support marketing efforts and strategic objectives.
  • Assist in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Create sales literature and support sales team training.
  • Develop technical sales content for websites.
  • Develop WiFi Warranty and Integrator Training programs.
