Who You Are:

You are an experienced and skilled Sales Engineer with expertise in security domains including Identity and Access Management, incident response, SaaS, and OSINT. You excel at articulating complex technical solutions to audiences with varying levels of domain knowledge and are proficient in all aspects of the technical sales cycle. You are self-motivated, able to operate in a rapidly evolving environment while managing multiple demands, and value working as part of a smart, collaborative team to deliver the best solutions to your customers. This role will primarily focus on clients and prospective clients in the Northeast Region.

This is a remote role with occasional travel to visit clients. The person in this position needs to be based in the Northea st.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with our sales teams to present SpyCloud solutions to customers, tailored for unique use cases and environments.
  • Leverage SpyCloud data to hunt adversaries and criminals, applying this to specific customer situations.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Drive channel partnerships through solution architect/SME engagement.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, requirements analysis, and evaluation management.

Key Requirements:

  • Professional Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity presales.
  • Must have a strong network of enterprise customers.
  • Experience with link analysis tools (e.g., Maltego, IBM I2 Analyst Notebook).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and operate in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required in the region.

Performance Indicators:

  • Successful partnership with our sales teams to present and tailor SpyCloud solutions to customers.
  • Effective use of SpyCloud data to identify and mitigate adversaries and criminal activities for specific customer situations.
  • Strong engagement and support for channel partnerships through solution architect/SME activities.
  • High customer satisfaction and positive feedback on technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Increased sales and market penetration through effective technical sales support.
  • Enhanced customer understanding and adoption of SpyCloud solutions.
  • Successful identification and mitigation of security threats using SpyCloud data.
