Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of elevator industry experience preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical understanding of layouts and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional sales engineering for large-scale project configurations.
• Review bids and analyses to support Sales Managers and FO in win probability assessment.
• Prepare budgetary quotations, technical configurations, and cost calculations for client engagements.
• Develop project schedules with lead times and milestones for HQ and suppliers.
• Lead cross-functional kick-off meetings and communicate risks and execution challenges early in the project lifecycle.
