Job summary

Schindler Group in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Sales Engineer for Large Projects MOD to provide timely and professional sales engineering for configurations and pricing.

You will review bids, engage with customers, prepare budgets and technical configurations, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 3–5 years elevator industry experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and knowledge of Schindler products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field; Electrical or Mechanical preferred.
• 3–5 years elevator industry experience.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with Schindler products and configurators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional sales engineering for large-scale project configurations.
• Bid document review and analyses to support win probability.
• Support client engagement, bid preparation and submission, budgets and cost calculations.
• Coordinate cross-functional kick-off meetings for awarded projects.
