Job summary

Qualifications

• Student is entering their Junior or Senior year from quality, mechanical, mechatronic, engineering technology, agriculture, electrical/electronic, and industrial engineering degreed programs
• Undergraduate students that have had fluid power or hydraulics course work are especially encouraged to apply
• Previous internship experience in a manufacturing environment is useful, but not necessary
• Our preference is for students who have an interest in a sales engineering career

Responsibilities

• Support OEM customers as assigned and coordinate, measure, report and manage sales processes
• Become a trusted liaison between customers and HydraForce for production support, product development, availability, performance, and data analysis
• Generate and maintain regular reports on key sales metrics with actionable insights for the sales team and leadership
• Assist Application Engineering on complex projects, preparing proposals and developing sales offers
• Document customer activity and leverage CRM to improve relationships and customer experience
• Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes through data analysis and suggest improvements for efficiency
• Lead select manifold/application projects from concept to prototype/production and present outcomes
• Open to intermittent US travel as required
