Qualifications

• Student entering Junior or Senior year from engineering technology or mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering degree programs.
• Undergraduate students with fluid power or hydraulics coursework encouraged to apply.
• Previous internship in manufacturing helpful but not required.
• Interest in a sales engineering career preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Distribution customers as assigned.
• Coordinate and report sales processes to delight customers.
• Serve as liaison between customers and HydraForce for production support, data analysis, and performance.
• Generate regular reports on key sales metrics for insights.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to achieve customer excellence goals.
• Assist Application Engineering on complex projects, preparing proposals and offers.
• Document customer activity and leverage CRM to improve relationships.
• Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes through data analysis and improvements.
• Willingness to travel intermittently within the US.
