Responsibilities

• Support Distribution customers as assigned.
• Coordinate, measure, report and manage sales processes.
• Liaise between customers and HydraForce for commercial functions.
• Generate and maintain regular reports on key sales metrics.
• Collaborate with customers and internal resources to achieve customer excellence goals.
• Assist Application Engineering on complex projects and develop offers.
• Document customer activity and use CRM to improve relationships.
• Collect, clean and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes through data analysis.
• Open to intermittent US travel as required.
