Bosch Rexroth, dba HydraForce, Inc. is seeking an intern in sales engineering in the United States to support OEM customers and coordinate sales processes. You will act as a trusted liaison for production support, data analysis, and availability while building actionable reports for the team.

Ideal candidates are juniors or seniors in related engineering programs, with hydraulics coursework encouraged, and an interest in a sales engineering career. Some US travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Student entering junior or senior year in engineering tech or related fields (quality, mechanical, mechatronic, electrical/electronic, industrial).
• Undergraduate students with hydraulics or fluid power coursework encouraged.
• Internship experience in manufacturing is useful but not required.
• Interest in a sales engineering career is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support OEM customers as assigned and coordinate sales activities.
• Measure, report, and manage sales processes to delight customers.
• Act as liaison between customers and HydraForce for production support, data analysis, and availability.
• Generate and maintain reports on key sales metrics with insights for the team.
• Assist with proposals and develop offers to strengthen our sales advantage.
• Document customer activity in the CRM and analyze data to identify trends.
• Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
