HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Sales Engineer to turn complex cleaning and specialty-service needs into engineered solutions that protect people, the environment, and uptime.

You’ll lead on-site reviews, produce ROI-driven proposals, and coordinate cross-functional resources to win and grow accounts across North America. Base in Deer Park, TX with substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate process-engineering data into commercially successful industrial-service proposals.
• Hands-on experience with downstream refining, petrochemical, or upstream production operations.
• Track record of exceeding $3M annual quota in technical B2B sales or applications engineering.
• Comfort presenting to plant managers, reliability engineers, and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical needs into engineered solutions for industrial-cleaning and specialty services.
• Lead on-site reviews and produce ROI-focused proposals and safety cases.
• Manage bid processes and coordinate with engineering, operations, and HSE teams.
• Grow accounts through cross-selling of services and maintain 45+ day cycle targets.
