Job summary

Rotork is seeking a hands-on Sales Engineer to propel growth across the Benelux region. You will visit customer sites, present technically robust solutions, and collaborate with engineering, sales and marketing to tailor offerings for CPI sectors such as Data Centers, Marine, Pharma, and Food & Beverage.

You will build long-term relationships, manage demonstrations and proposals, and travel region-wide to energize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar.
• 3–5 years in technical sales or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Familiarity with CPI segments (Data Centers, Marine, Pharma, Food & Beverage).
• Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships across the Benelux region.
• Understand customer operations, technical needs, and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions meeting requirements.
• Deliver engaging demos and technical presentations of complex technologies.
• Track market trends and competitors to identify opportunities early.
• Prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
• Provide hands-on technical support including product training.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and outreach.
• Travel region-wide for customer visits, site assessments and events.
• Keep CRM activities organized and up to date.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and stay curious.
