Job summary

Vantage Elevation, LLC is seeking a Sales Engineer Coordinator to join the Bronx team. This role supports internal and external customers, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Support to fulfill orders and resolve inquiries.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in related roles, strong mechanical aptitude, and experience with MS Office and Salesforce. In-person, day shift-based, with growth opportunities within the Vantage Elevation family.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• 2+ years in customer service or technical sales support, etc.
• Elevator or automotive field experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read specs/drawings.
• Excellent work ethic, time management and organization; multitasking.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP/CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or Salesforce systems preferred.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships and work in a team.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and sales orders for customers across the U.S. and international markets.
• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone and email; answer product, pricing, lead time questions.
• Interpret customer requirements, specs, and drawings to identify products/solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and other departments to fulfill orders.
• Assist customers in finding replacement parts and suitable system solutions.
• Investigate and resolve issues like shortages or damaged shipments; document in Salesforce.
• Monitor orders and provide proactive production/shipping updates.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
