Letter AI is seeking a Sales Engineer in Chicago to partner with Account Executives on strategic, high-ARR opportunities. You will craft and deliver custom, branded demo environments and microsites to drive prospects toward vendor-of-choice status.

The role requires strong presentation skills, a background in SaaS presales, and a deep understanding of enablement and AI concepts, with travel to meet customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven Presales Experience: prior roles in SaaS sales engineering or solutions consulting.
• Masterful Presenter & storyteller with engaging, high-impact demos.
• Domain Expertise in Enablement and Revenue Ops is a bonus.
• Strong eye for polished slides, demos, and buyer microsites.
• Solid AI fundamentals and understanding of AI integrations without coding.
• Startup-scrappy and adaptable in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic, custom demos for high-dollar accounts.
• Build custom demo environments and buyer microsites per prospect.
• Command the room across C-level and large gatherings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify needs and drive close.
• Represent Letter AI on-site and travel as needed.
