Advance CNC Machining – Grove City, Ohio is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to actively develop the Aerospace & Defense market and build strong, long-term customer relationships. You will identify OEMs and Tier suppliers, nurture relationships within key accounts, and travel across the territory to quote opportunities while understanding customer programs and sourcing challenges.

The role offers a base salary of $80,000 plus commission and bonus.

Advance CNC Machining is looking for an experienced, driven Sales Engineer (Aerospace & Defense) who wants more than a list of accounts to maintain. We want someone who is proactive, highly organized, responsive, and motivated to win. The right Sales Engineer is trainable, independent, organized, strong at retaining information, and persistent.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for actively developing the Aerospace & Defense market while building strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Identifying OEM’s, Tier suppliers, and other A&D organizations that are a strong fit for our capabilities
• Finding and developing relationships with the people who influence where machining work goes
• Building multiple relationships within key accounts
• Getting Advance CNC in front of new customers and creating opportunities to quote
• Visiting customers and prospects throughout your territory
• Understanding customer programs, pain points, sourcing challenges, and future opportunities
• Following through relentlessly until there is a clear yes, no, or next step

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000 base salary + commission + bonus
• 401(k) with a 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
• 80 hours PTO in your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours
