Job summary

Advance CNC Machining, a Grove City, Ohio-based precision shop, seeks an expert CNC Programmer to join our growing team. You will program using Mastercam for 4- and 5-axis Makino mills, develop fixtures, and collaborate with Production and Quality to ensure top-quality parts for aerospace and defense clients.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of Mastercam experience and a strong background as a CNC Setup Machinist, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of Mastercam experience for 4- and 5-axis Makino milling machines.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a CNC Setup Machinist.
• Experience with Vericut is a plus.

Salary $120,000 DOE

What You’ll Do

As our experienced CNC Programmer, you’ll provide accurate programming and execution- while modeling the accountability, resourcefulness, and collaboration that define our culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

• CNC programming using Mastercam for 4-axis and 5-axis horizontal and vertical platforms Makino milling centers with automation
• Fixture design, tool selection, and setup sheets
• Collaborating with Production and Quality groups to ensure we produce quality machined parts
