Job description

This fast-growing AI platform is seeking a MLOps Sales Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison during the sales cycle and support key customer accounts.

What Success Looks Like in the Role..... Success will be defined by your ability to win the technical evaluation, support seamless onboarding, and build long-term trust with customers. You’ll play a key role in bridging sales, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales during the sales cycle to communicate the value of the platform
  • Lead technical demonstrations across use cases such as LLM fine-tuning, time series forecasting, and computer vision
  • Guide prospects through product evaluations and integrations using the Python SDK
  • Build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from data scientists to executives
  • Create example integrations and technical resources tailored to customer needs
  • Provide technical feedback to Product and Engineering to help guide the roadmap

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in applied machine learning and software engineering
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
  • Strong understanding of LLM workflows
  • Ability to simplify complex technical ideas for varied audiences
  • Prior experience building or supporting production-grade ML systems is a plus
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach and strong communication skills
