What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage customers and prospects through presentations, demos, and webinars on the SafeSend Returns product line
- Provide technical product advice and demonstrations for both virtual and in-person meetings
- Collaborate with sales representatives to support pre and post-sales efforts
- Assist with Client Success initiatives to enhance the usage and adoption of SSR
- Create customer-facing content, including training materials and product support documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or similar role
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to engage with clients and problem-solve effectively
- Experience in collaborating across teams and functions
- Knowledge of the Public Accounting space and professional tax preparation preferred
