Job summary

Maverick Group US is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive new business and expand existing accounts across the Northeast. This field-based role is ideal for someone with CNC machining or manufacturing experience who enjoys building relationships and growing the business.

The role focuses on selling CNC automation solutions, including robotic cells and automatic doors, while collaborating with distributors and direct customers. Travel is required to cover the Northeast region.

Qualifications

• CNC machining or manufacturing knowledge required.
• Sales experience or strong technical background with interest in sales.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 12 hotel nights/month).
• Valid driver’s license is required.

What You'll Do

• Sell CNC automation solutions, including robotic cells and automatic doors

• Travel throughout the Northeast and attend industry trade shows

What We’re Looking For

• CNC machining or manufacturing knowledge
• Sales experience or strong technical background with interest in sales
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable with travel (approximately 12 hotel nights/month)
• Valid driver's license
• Commission: $1,000 per robotic cell + $100 per automatic door sold
• Mileage reimbursement (company car provided after initial period)
