Job description

Join to apply for the Sales Engineer role at Webbing.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Ongoing client engagement to ensure technical alignment, including pre/post sales technical issues, documenting technical requirements, and understanding product technical feasibility within customer environments.
  2. Developing and providing technical collateral and training for product awareness pre/post sales.
  3. Working closely with Pre-Post Sales teams to understand and align technical requirements, including documenting network design and coordinating with network/engineering teams for VPN, Static IP, and other technical elements.
  4. Managing customer technical queries and monitoring support requests to ensure product requirements are met, collaborating with customer success teams for internal alignment.
  5. Preparing and communicating weekly and quarterly reports on technical issues and escalations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or similar roles managing customer technical relationships at the enterprise level.
  • Knowledge of networking topology, TCP/IP, network configuration, and components such as firewalls, routers, proxies.
  • Experience with cellular networks, including Signalling (DIAMETER, GTP), core infrastructure (PGW, UPF, DRA, HLR/HSS), roaming (SS7, GRX/IPX), Remote Sim Provisioning (RSP), SGP02, SGP22, SGP32.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills to build technical business relationships.
  • Strategic, tactical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
