Job summary

Verto People Ltd. is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth for an established conveyor systems manufacturer across the US.

The role requires managing an existing sales territory, developing tailored solutions, and delivering strong sales results with the support of an experienced team. You will work with customers, distributors and integrators, using your technical sales experience to identify opportunities and close deals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of successful conveyor sales experience, ideally selling standard or bespoke conveyor systems.
• Proven ability to develop new business, manage customer relationships and consistently deliver against sales targets.
• Experience within material handling, power transmission, packaging equipment or a related industrial sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand technical customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with experience managing multiple opportunities and projects.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, alongside CRM software.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach, with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer Role

As Sales Engineer, you will take responsibility for managing and developing an established sales territory across the US. You’ll work closely with customers, distributors and system integrators to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions and deliver sales growth.

Sales Engineer Key Responsibilities

The ideal Sales Engineer candidate will bring:
