Join our team as a Sales Engineer specializing in Blowout Preventer (BOP) equipment, with a unique opportunity to support a senior expert group focused on pioneering safety technologies. In this role, you will play a key supporting part in the introduction and adoption of industry-first innovations such as the Kinetic Blowout Stopper (K-BOS)-a revolutionary device that uses pyrotechnic actuation instead of traditional hydraulics to dramatically reduce the risk profile of drilling, completions, and production operations. This position offers exceptional professional development and mentorship, positioning you at the forefront of next-generation well control solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Support senior sales engineers and technical leaders in promoting and deploying advanced BOP technologies, with a focus on the K-BOS system and other cutting-edge well control solutions.

- Assist in preparing technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that highlight the unique safety and operational advantages of pyrotechnic-based systems like K-BOS.

- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and technical workshops, gathering insights and feedback to inform solution development and continuous improvement.

- Contribute to the preparation of commercial offers, cost estimates, and compliance documentation under the guidance of senior experts.

- Stay current on technological advancements in well control, particularly the shift from hydraulic to pyrotechnic actuation and its impact on risk management and operational efficiency.

- Support training initiatives for clients and internal teams on the operation and benefits of K-BOS and related innovations.

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and project milestones.

**Industry-First Innovations: K-BOS Focus**

- The K-BOS is a retrofittable, electrically initiated, pyro-mechanical gate valve that instantly shears and seals during drilling, completions, and intervention operations-functioning as the industry’s first true blowout “stopper” rather than a “preventer”.

- Unlike traditional hydraulic BOPs, K-BOS utilizes pyrotechnics to achieve rapid, reliable well control, capable of shearing anything above the bit and sealing instantly, even under full-flow blowout conditions.

- This technology provides a step-change reduction in enterprise risk, eliminating exposure to unshearable or unsealable situations and enabling safer, more efficient operations across drilling, completions, and production applications.

- K-BOS has been successfully deployed and tested in challenging subsea environments, demonstrating unmatched reliability and earning recognition as a transformative advancement in well control safety.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to learn from and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.

- Eagerness to develop technical and commercial acumen in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client support and training.

**Preferred Attributes**

- Familiarity with Sharepoint and Salesforce

- Familiarity with API standards and major BOP manufacturers.

- Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth, particularly in the adoption of new technologies.

- Prior experience supporting senior technical or sales teams is a plus.
