Job summary

Job description

MTI is looking to hire someone for the Sales Support Specialist position. This is an in-person position at our Greenville, AL headquarters.

The Sales Engineer position serves as the glue between customer service and our public-facing sales team. The sales engineer will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Creating and maintaining technical, sales, and marketing materials for MTI products.
• Maintaining MTI and MTS websites.
• Assessing existing customer needs and creating sales opportunities based on these needs.
• Facilitating demonstrations with sales staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• A strong grasp of English grammar, both in spoken and written.
• A two- or four-year degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Picks up the use of software applications quickly.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Must be comfortable with speaking in front of crowds and meeting new people.
• This position will require some travel, though most time will be spent in the office. The candidate must be able to travel (both driving and flying).

This is an in-person position. The employee must report in during office hours to our Greenville AL Office. The annual salary is $120,000 with a potential for bonus, up to 3 weeks of PTO, 401K matching, healthcare benefits.
