Overview
Location: REMOTE (Must be in California)
- Ideal locations - Silicon Valley
- San Jose and Palo Alto, Mountain View, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, and Menlo Park
Duration: Direct Hire
Compensation: $160,000-190,000 per year annual salary
Commission - offered - reviewed quarterly
Bonus - offered - 40% of annual salary - performance/company based
Car allowance - offered - $650/month
Day to Day
- You will be responsible for West Coast sales & account activities for multiple Tier 1 and OEMs and work closely with other members of the customer engagement team to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with assigned customers.
- Effectively communicate the EB value proposition of our products, solutions, and services through discussions with customer, proposals, and presentations.
- Identify and execute approaches to win new and recurring business by understanding customer’s needs and objectives.
- Contribute towards strategy, risk assessment and reliable forecasting with assigned accounts.
- Ensure close alignment and collaboration across cross functional customer engagement team to drive the RFI/RFP processes.
- Prepare quotes, review with key stakeholders and lead negotiations and deal closing based on sound market understanding.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction and business growth for Elektrobit with a long-term outlook.
- Direct reporting line to the Chief Revenue Officer, Americas.
Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent experience in a technical sales role; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in successfully selling software products in the automotive market, such as Classic AUTOSAR, Adaptive AUTOSAR, embedded and cyber security, Connected Car, HMI, testing/tooling and related engineering services.
- Understand software development processes in the automotive industry.
- Have a proven record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
- Able to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including management.
- Express both technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Have proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Position products against competitors.
- Have good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
