Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and assist with organizing team priorities.
• Support the preparation and execution of scheduled customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain organized sales materials, product information, and promotional resources.
• Assist with tracking customer inquiries, sales activity, and relevant follow-up tasks.
• Communicate with prospective customers regarding available products and services.
• Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotional offerings.
• Help coordinate customer introductions, product presentations, and informational discussions.
• Assist sales representatives with preparing materials for customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales-related documentation.
• Organize customer requests and direct relevant information to appropriate team members.
• Monitor outstanding customer inquiries and coordinate follow-up communication.
• Support the preparation of routine sales activity reports and performance updates.
• Communicate product updates, promotional changes, and relevant information to colleagues.
• Assist with organizing schedules and coordinating daily sales assignments.
• Help ensure sales materials and customer-facing resources remain accurate and accessible.
• Support customer acquisition activities through professional, face-to-face engagement.
• Identify recurring customer questions and share relevant observations with the team.
