Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a Sales Enablement Training Specialist to support the life and annuity sales teams in the Consumer Markets Division, based in Omaha, NE or Newport Beach, CA. You will drive adoption of Salesforce, Tableau, and other tools to boost sales efficiency and wholesalers’ proficiency.

The role emphasizes training delivery, process improvement, and collaboration with IT and Sales Intelligence to refine reporting and tools.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 6/7 required.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales experience.
• Experience in Financial Services, life or annuities preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Economics or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Provide central point of contact for sales enablement programs and tools.
• Track and report key trends for Sales Intelligence, Training, and Marketing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex cross-functional problems.
• Investigate technical issues and log cases with accurate information.
• Support onboarding and training for new sales employees.
• Develop training guides and videos with Sales Training.
