Job summary

Pacific Life seeks a skilled Sales Enablement Training Specialist to support the life and annuity sales teams in Omaha, NE or Newport Beach, CA. You will drive adoption of Salesforce, Tableau, and other tools, deliver customized trainings, and optimize the wholesaler experience to increase sales effectiveness.

You will collaborate with IT and Sales Enablement to refine processes, build training materials, and ensure seamless onboarding for new hires across the CMD Sales Enablement team.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, Excel and related enablement tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into training guides and materials.
• Experience enabling field sales teams in financial services is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide central point of contact for sales enablement programs and tools.
• Track trends and report insights for continuous improvement of wholesaler experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues across Sales, Operations and Marketing.
• Investigate technical issues and log cases with precise information and timely resolutions.
• Support on onboarding and training for new users of sales tools.
