Job summary

Talentfoot Executive Search is partnering with a growing private real estate investment firm to hire a Sales Enablement Associate in Chicago. You will equip the sales and investor relations teams with resources, content, and systems to engage prospects and close capital commitments.

In this role you will manage CRM and pipeline data, develop sales collateral, coordinate onboarding and training, and drive process improvements across the sales function in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or a related support function.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, professional content.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales and investor relations team with day-to-day enablement needs, including CRM management, pipeline tracking, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, pitch materials, and investor-facing content in coordination with marketing and leadership
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing sales team members on tools, processes, and messaging
  • Maintain and improve the sales playbook, ensuring materials reflect current products, offerings, and market positioning
  • Partner with marketing to align sales content with brand messaging and investor communication standards
  • Analyze sales team performance and workflow data to identify gaps and recommend process improvements
  • Manage sales enablement tools and technology, ensuring the team has reliable access to systems and platforms
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects between sales, marketing, and operations to support revenue goals
  • Assist with the preparation of investor presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications
  • Track and report on sales enablement metrics, including content usage, training completion, and adoption of new tools
  • Serve as a point of contact for sales team questions related to systems, materials, and process
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline sales operations and improve team efficiency
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and support ad hoc projects as the sales function evolves

As the business continues to scale its investor base and sales operations, they are seeking a Sales Enablement Associate to strengthen the tools, training, and processes that drive the sales team's success.

This is a high-impact operational role responsible for equipping the sales and investor relations team with the resources, content, and systems they need to engage prospects effectively and close capital commitments. The Sales Enablement Associate will play a key role in supporting CRM and pipeline management, developing sales materials, coordinating training, and identifying process improvements across the sales function. This role blends hands-on execution with cross-functional collaboration, offering the opportunity to influence how the sales team operates and performs in a fast-growing investment firm.
