Job summary

Optimum is seeking motivated Sales Enablement Specialists to support our Residential and Business Sales channels with accurate order entry and serviceability checks. You will resolve escalations, keep billing and address data in good standing, and help drive a smooth customer experience across our connected communities.

Strong verbal and written communication, plus the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced call center environment, are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems independently.
• Schedule flexibility including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive new order sales escalations from Residential and/or Business Sales teams, resolving roadblocks to order entry.
• Determine real-time address serviceability and follow processes, including building new addresses into billing software.
• Maintain and administer actions in order entry databases to support order entry functionality.
• Track and root cause escalations according to standards and procedures.
• Respond to customer escalations prior to service installation to meet needs within guidelines.
• Provide real-time feedback to Sales reps regarding order entry errors.
• Provide order entry fallout support for all Sales channels.
• Support new build by updating customers and sales reps through survey and construction.
• Perform customer contact for campaigns
• Perform Special Projects as assigned
