Lamb Weston in Idaho is seeking a Sales Readiness Coordinator to support the Foodservice Sales organization by delivering tools, resources, and processes that enable the sales team to perform at their best. This role partners with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and external vendors to coordinate readiness initiatives.

You will manage inventory of samples and materials, oversee onboarding resources, procurement tasks in SAP Ariba and Concur, and help produce sales communications

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting sales operations, inventory management, procurement, or administrative functions preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with SAP, SAP Ariba, Concur, Staffbase, Visio, or similar systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate product sample requests and align with guidelines and processes.
• Manage Sales Center inventory, promotional materials, sales tools, and onboarding resources.
• Oversee welcome kit distribution and replacement requests for new and existing team members.
• Partner with Marketing and vendors to maintain inventory levels and optimize resources.
• Support the development, distribution, and maintenance of sales materials and readiness resources.
• Maintain Monthly Business Review templates, presentations, and supporting materials.
• Support reporting requests and maintain key sales resources.
