Job summary

Lamb Weston is seeking a Sales Readiness Coordinator to empower the Foodservice Sales team with tools, resources, and efficient processes. You will partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and vendors to coordinate readiness initiatives and streamline operations.

You’ll manage materials, inventory, purchase orders, and communications, ensuring consistent information flow across the sales org. A fast-paced environment suits a proactive professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with customer focus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting sales operations, inventory, procurement or admin roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and collaboration tools.
• Experience with SAP, SAP Ariba, Concur, Staffbase or Visio is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product sample requests and align with guidelines.
• Manage Sales Center inventory, materials, tools and onboarding resources.
• Oversee welcome kit distribution and replacement requests.
• Partner with Marketing and vendors to maintain inventory and resources.
• Develop, distribute and maintain sales materials and readiness resources.
• Handle purchasing cards, receipts, PO creation, invoices and SAP Ariba workflows.
• Coordinate purchasing and fulfillment of promotional materials and meeting supplies.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and expense processes.
• Schedule SLT meetings, agendas, notes and distribute weekly communications.
• Maintain MBR templates, charts, SharePoint resources and sales docs.
• Support reporting requests and cross-functional readiness projects.
• Assist with additional sales enablement and admin activities.
