Job summary

Intuit seeks a Financial Services Product Enablement Driver to lead the enablement strategy for the US Sales teams across our Financial Services products.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to align go-to-market initiatives, develop education programs, content, and tools that accelerate performance and scale across multiple sales teams. OverviewThe Financial Services Product Enablement Driver is a key product leader within the Sales Enablement organization, dedicated to developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy that accelerates the performance of the US Sales organization for our suite of Financial Services products. This role is a strategic partner and central liaison between Product, Marketing, and the Sales Enablement organization, ensuring strong alignment and seamless execution of all go-to-market initiatives. Leveraging deep sales expertise in our Financial Services Product and a data-driven approach, this individual will drive business results across multiple sales teams.

The Financial Services Product Enablement Driver is a key product leader within the Sales Enablement organization, dedicated to developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy that accelerates the performance of the US Sales organization for our suite of Financial Services products. This role is a strategic partner and central liaison between Product, Marketing, and the Sales Enablement organization, ensuring strong alignment and seamless execution of all go-to-market initiatives. Leveraging deep sales expertise in our Financial Services Product and a data-driven approach, this individual will drive business results across multiple sales teams. This role is responsible for the full enablement lifecycle, from strategy development to the creation of a strong, scalable Financial Services enablement experience. A core function is to empower other pillars within Sales Enablement, such as Onboarding, Sales Excellence and Agile, by providing them with the necessary product and industry expertise to enable their programs.

Responsibilities

Program Strategy, Roadmap & Change Management

  • Partner with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Product Development, and other key stakeholders to conduct a needs analysis and define the strategic goals for sales enablement.
  • Translate these goals into a detailed, prioritized program roadmap with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of product education and enablement programs, including content creation, logistics, and communication with all key stakeholders.

Insights, Analysis & Evaluation

  • Analyze sales performance data to measure the effectiveness and business impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Generate actionable business insights by analyzing key performance data and feedback from multiple sources.
  • Identify and articulate barriers and pain points across the sales process, including sales effectiveness, customer buying behaviors, product knowledge gaps, and technical or process challenges.
  • Use insights to identify knowledge gaps and areas for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

  • Act as a central liaison between the Sales Enablement organization and various departments, including Product, and Marketing.
  • Utilize industry and product expertise to ensure all materials and training are relevant and address customer segments, buyer personas, platform features, and key value propositions.
  • Act as a product subject matter expert, enabling other pillars within Sales Enablement—such as Onboarding and Sales Excellence—to effectively scale their programs with accurate and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and reports.
  • Present program status, achievements, and challenges to leadership to ensure buy-in and continued support.

Content & Knowledge Management

  • Drive the strategy for comprehensive enablement programs for new product launches.
  • Collaborate with content developers and subject matter experts to create a mix of learning content, including live workshops (virtual and in-person), e-learning modules, sales playbooks, and self-paced certifications.
  • Oversee the creation of a variety of enablement tools and resources, in partnership with content developers and subject matter experts, including decks, quick reference guides (QRGs), computer-based training (CBT), multimedia content, and in-the-moment learning materials.
  • Collaborate with content owners to ensure all sales collateral, tools, and resources are up-to-date, easily accessible, and aligned with program objectives.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of content in the sales enablement knowledge management system.
Qualifications
  • Experience and competitive knowledge of the Financial Services industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in sales enablement or a related learning and development role, with a focus on product enablement or specific industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex product and industry information into compelling and nuanced training, tailored to various audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools, including content management systems, training and coaching platforms, and conversation intelligence software.
