Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, marketing coordination, marketing operations, or related B2B roles.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for trade shows or events.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: organize, maintain and improve sales collateral, presentations, case studies, proposal templates, and customer resources while identifying content gaps.
• Reporting and CRM: Support HubSpot usage and ensure data is clean and accurate; maintain sales/marketing reporting and identify gaps.
• Customer Expansion: Support outbound sales, email campaigns, prospect engagement, and appointment generation; assist with account-based marketing for growth.
• Marketing Liaison: Coordinate communication and approvals between sales leadership, stakeholders, and external marketing partners; manage project execution.
