  • Identify, test, and implement AI-driven use cases that improve seller workflows, streamline processes, and increase productivity across the sales organization
  • Use AI tools to create content, summarize inputs, generate role play scenarios, and enhance enablement delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Learning and Development, and subject matter experts to support enablement initiatives and align training with business priorities
  • Support ad-hoc enablement projects, content updates, platform maintenance, feedback collection, and business process improvements that help the sales organization operate more effectively

What you bring to the role:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or another customer-facing revenue role
  • 1+ years in a sales closing environment
  • Firsthand understanding of sales motions, customer conversations, prospecting, discovery, pipeline management, and the skills sellers need to be successful
  • Strong coachability, curiosity, adaptability, and ability to learn quickly
  • Comfort facilitating live or virtual sessions, group discussions, practice exercises, role plays, and call review conversations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, useful training materials
