Job summary

WSFS Bank invites ambitious college students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program, a paid 10-week experience offering meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, and networking events.

Interns will gain hands-on experience across bank departments, with potential for continued employment after the program and exposure to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and development, communications, change management, and performance initiatives for frontline teams.
• Gain exposure to training strategies, incentive programs, and business performance insights.
• Work on projects or operations within an assigned business area and present to Senior Leaders.
• Build mentorship connections and collaborate with peers and experienced professionals.
• Participate in networking events, panel discussions, and career-focused conversations.
