Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Summer Learning & Development Intern – Instructional Designer to join the NA Sales Training team at the Westerville Academy for Summer 2027, gaining hands-on experience in the full training development lifecycle.

You will help design, develop, and produce training materials across ILT, vILT, eLearning, videos, job aids, and assessments, collaborating with subject matter experts and mentors to deliver sales enablement content.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to formatting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn content tools.
• Interest in instructional design, sales enablement, or corporate training.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning materials across ILT, vILT, eLearning, videos, job aids, and assessments.
• Build content using Vertiv templates and brand standards.
• Create decks, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, and quick references.
• Support content updates for product or solution information.
• Assist in sales training programs and new product launch content.
• Collaborate with SMEs and mentors; participate in review cycles.
