Job summary

Vertiv Corporation in Westerville, OH, is seeking a Summer Learning & Development Intern to assist the NA Sales Training team. You will design, develop, and produce training materials across ILT, vILT, eLearning, videos, and job aids as part of a mentored learning experience.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create content aligned with adult learning principles and Vertiv's sales enablement strategy, gaining hands-on exposure in the full development

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and formatting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to learn content creation tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Canva, Camtasia, and Vyond.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Interest in learning and development, sales enablement, or corporate training.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning materials across multiple formats (ILT, vILT, eLearning, videos, job aids, assessments).
• Build and format content using Vertiv templates and brand standards.
• Create/update presenter decks, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, and quick reference materials.
• Support integration of product updates into training materials.
• Assist in developing sales training programs and onboarding materials.
