Excel Nearshore in White Bear Lake, MN seeks a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to own content creation, event coordination, and sales enablement activities that support a relationship-driven sales process. This hands-on role embraces AI tools to craft content, build event materials, and accelerate repeatable tasks.

The role sits in an office-based environment (5 days/week) reporting to the COO and collaborating with People & Culture and Operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Energetic and organized, with ability to use AI tools to turn rough ideas into high-quality content.
• 2–10 years of experience in event coordination, sales support, or marketing in a B2B environment.
• Solid writing and editing instincts for compelling content.
• Strong project management and event coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Self-directed with ownership of events and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Client & Prospect Event Coordination (Primary): plan and execute monthly events to fit culture and relationships.
• Manage event logistics end-to-end: invitations, communications, and post-event follow-up within 48 hours.
• Build/maintain an event calendar and identify hosted vs attended events for visibility.
• Research third-party events and partner activities to expand presence.
• Produce one sales-aligned content piece per month (case studies, POVs, LinkedIn posts).
• Create 3–5 client case studies with measurable outcomes for sales use.
• Maintain website content: service descriptions, case studies, bios, client wins.
• Create and maintain sales materials: decks, one-pagers, templates, FAQs.
• Support pre-meeting preparation with briefs and talking points.
• Log attendance, engagement, and follow-up in CRM; keep contact records current.
• Assist weekly pipeline with accurate activity data.
