Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or related roles preferred.
  • Salesforce experience required; Salesforce administration a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

  • Maintain SharePoint sales tools, presentations, and account planning materials.
  • Manage commercial calendar including meetings, reviews, and events.
  • Serve as point of contact for external marketing partners and coordinate deliverables.
  • Support execution of U.S. marketing activities and content calendar.
  • Coordinate marketing content across channels (LinkedIn, website, email, newsletters).
  • Assist with creating and distributing sales and marketing collateral.
  • Act as Salesforce power user and liaison for support, licensing, training, and data integrity.
  • Maintain Salesforce data and generate dashboards and KPIs.

Commercial coordination, Salesforce support, marketing enablement, and event execution

MANIFEST Technology is hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our client’s. commercial and marketing activities. This cross-functional role provides coordination, reporting, Salesforce, marketing, and administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer and the broader U.S. commercial team. The position partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and Customer Service to help ensure commercial priorities are organized, communicated, and executed effectively across the organization.

Duration: Full-time

Location/Hours: Big Lake, MN or Coon Rapids, MN; on-site with travel between locations as needed

Pay Range: $67,000 – $78,000 annually; eligible for company bonus program

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Chief Commercial Officer and U.S. commercial team.
  • Organize and prioritize commercial requests, meetings, deliverables, and follow-up requiring executive attention; gather needed information in advance and coordinate routine matters independently when appropriate.
  • Support Strategic Account Managers and Business Development Managers with account planning, customer research, market intelligence, meeting preparation, presentations, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate customer and prospect meeting preparation, including internal communication, agendas, presentations, supporting materials, samples, facility visits, and meeting logistics.
  • Maintain a consolidated commercial action tracker to ensure customer commitments, decisions, and action items have clear owners and due dates; drive follow-up and elevate at-risk items as needed.
  • Support lead qualification, assignment, customer targeting, prospect research, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Maintain SharePoint sales tools, customer presentations, account planning materials, capability presentations, and other commercial resources.
  • Maintain the commercial operating cadence and forward-looking calendar, including sales meetings, pipeline and account reviews, customer meetings, leadership reviews, trade shows, key deliverables, and CCO special projects.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for external marketing partners, coordinating priorities and deliverables, consolidating feedback, and elevating items requiring leadership review and approval.
  • Support execution of U.S. marketing activities, the annual marketing plan, content calendar, campaign deliverables, reviews, approvals, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate marketing content across company communications, LinkedIn, website, email campaigns, newsletters, presentations, videos, photography, and other channels.
  • Assist with creating, editing, organizing, and distributing sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, samples, and digital content.
  • Act as a Salesforce power user and day-to-day liaison for Salesforce support needs, enhancements, licensing, training, adoption, data integrity, and follow-up.
  • Maintain customer, contact, lead, opportunity, and activity information within Salesforce while supporting pipeline accuracy, opportunity tracking, forecasting reliability, and performance reporting.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute dashboards, reports, KPIs, executive summaries, and commercial analytics using Salesforce, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and other data sources.
  • Coordinate trade shows, conferences, customer events, facility visits, and other commercial activities, including registration, booth needs, hotels, meeting coordination, marketing materials, samples, shipping, lead retrieval, and staffing schedules.
  • Collect, organize, and distribute event leads; support Salesforce entry, ownership, timely follow-up, post-event reporting, and measurement of engagement and effectiveness.
  • Support HR with career fairs, recruiting events, employee engagement activities, employer branding materials, and other company events as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, commercial operations, business administration, or a related role preferred.
  • Salesforce experience required; Salesforce administrative experience is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project-coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and proactively drive follow-up.
