Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement professional to equip the sales organization with training, tools, and insights needed to grow in the level-funded health insurance market. You will partner with Sales, Client Management, Product, Marketing, Underwriting, and Operations to streamline workflows and ensure field readiness.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, driving strategic initiatives to boost productivity and broker engagement, and developing onboarding

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales enablement or related roles within health insurance/employee benefits.
• Experience with brokers, employer groups, or carrier sales teams.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, LMS, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights across regions and segments.
• Lead or support projects to improve productivity, persistency, and broker engagement.
• Develop onboarding and training programs for sales and client management teams.
• Coordinate market events, Sales Summit, and broker/MGA councils.
• Support change management for new systems or strategies.
