Job summary

Schneider Electric's U.S. team is seeking an Application Design Engineer - Sales Enablement who will own the US EAE demo portfolio, build impactful demos, and ensure customers, partners, and sales teams can experience the value of EcoStruxure Automation Expert.

You will develop concepts, create reusable demo assets, enable field teams, and coordinate with the global EAE CoE to reuse assets and keep content current across hardware, software, and simulations.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
• 2-5 years of experience in industrial automation or a technical pre-sales / application engineering role.
• Proven track record of building and delivering technical demonstrations or proof-of-concept systems.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences; comfortable with live Q&A.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware, software, or simulated demos showcasing EAE's value.
• Own the US EAE demo strategy and roadmap in alignment with Marketing and Sales.
• Create technical materials and enable teams to use demos independently.
• Train teams and partners to deliver consistent demonstrations.
• Support events and capture feedback to improve demos.
