Job summary

Cellebrite is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our Global Sales Enablement team in Washington, DC. This role supports onboarding and ongoing skills development across our global salesforce, from onboarding through ongoing development.

You will work with Sales, Product, Marketing and other stakeholders to build training content, coordinate programs, maintain resources, and track progress and certification across the team.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and motivated individual for enablement coordination.
• Experience coordinating training programs or onboarding is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to gather information and align enablement priorities.
• Coordinate and execute enablement programs, including scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain and organize training materials and playbooks in the content library.
• Track milestones, timelines, and stakeholder follow-ups for initiatives.
• Attend enablement calls, capture notes, and distribute actions.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics and progress tracking.
• Serve as a point of contact for sellers to locate tools and content.
• Support upskilling and development initiatives with delivery tracking and feedback.
• Assist in certification tracking processes.
• Pull and consolidate reports on tool and program performance.
• Maintain enablement dashboards to identify trends or gaps.
