Job summary
Carrier Global Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Onboarding & Enablement Manager to design and lead a best-in-class onboarding program for new sellers, accelerating ramp and productivity.
You will build 30/60/90 day plans, deliver training on CRM systems, sales processes, and dashboards, and partner with sales leaders to ensure readiness and impact.
This role offers a competitive salary with benefits and travel up to 25% as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Learning & Development, or Sales Training.
- Experience: 3+ years using dashboards and KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve end-to-end onboarding experiences for new sales hires.
- Develop structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day onboarding and ramp plans with milestones.
- Deliver training on core sales systems, tools, processes, and compensation plans.
- Partner with sales managers to support onboarding and seller development; provide feedback on progress and opportunities.
- Define onboarding KPIs, monitor progress, and refine materials based on feedback.
