Job description

We're seeking a sharp sales enablement coordinator to drive outbound efforts, generate leads, and support revenue growth through targeted campaigns and daily HubSpot work.

Description
Position Summary:

We’re looking for a sharp sales enablement coordinator to power our outbound efforts and help scale sponsorship and digital media revenue. This role is laser-focused on generating sales leads, prospecting new business, building targeted outreach campaigns, and supporting sales to drive revenue growth. You’ll work in HubSpot daily, creating email sequences, managing lead lists, and driving the kind of marketing that directly fuels the sales pipeline.

Performance will be tied to measurable sales outcomes. Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 + Annual Bonus Eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Email Campaigns to Drive Sales Funnel (45%)

  • Create content for email campaigns, driving sales for the annual conference, and digital products
  • Build, test, and launch targeted email campaigns in HubSpot, prioritizing cold leads/new business & nurturing existing business
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on messaging strategy and send cadence.
  • Continuously improve performance through A/B testing, personalization, analytics, and industry information
  • Ensure deliverability, list quality, and compliance with email best practices
  • Track and report on campaign metrics, conversion rates, and sales pipeline impact weekly
  • Use automation and technology to work smarter, not harder

Lead List Building & Management (35%)

  • Database development
  • Research and create segmented lead lists based on ideal customer profiles
  • Use HubSpot, LinkedIn, Cognism, and more to identify high-quality B2B prospects
  • Maintain, tag, and update contact records to support personalized outreach
  • Own the organization and integrity of our sales database to drive thesales pipeline

Team Enablement & Sales Support (20%)

  • Manage ExpoFP floorplan & inventory
  • Issue contracts for the sales team
  • Join weekly meetings to align efforts and share insights
  • Support pipeline-building tactics and recommend process improvements
  • Stay on top of trends in digital health, behavioral health, and event marketing

  • HubSpot Confident: Comfortable managing workflows, lists, and campaign tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in demand generation, email marketing, or sales enablement
  • Experience driving sponsorship and digital product sales for events
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Sales & Marketing Hub (email, lists, reporting)
  • Ability to travel 2-3 times per year
  • Clear communicator with excellent writing and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in behavioral or digital health industries
  • Background supporting B2B sales or sponsorship outreach
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
