Job summary

Stewart Title Guaranty Company is seeking an administrative support professional to join our sales organization. You will assist Sales Managers and Representatives, helping increase knowledge and awareness of our tools and resources to drive customer success.

You will act as a liaison between sales, marketing and other cross-functional teams, performing a range of support tasks, following defined procedures and communicating clearly with internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Sales Managers and reps to increase product knowledge and tool usage.
• Liaises between sales, marketing and cross-functional support teams.
• Performs a wide range of administrative and support tasks for the department.
• Follows defined procedures to complete daily tasks.
• Addresses internal and external clients using basic communication.
• Operates as an individual contributor under direct supervision.
• Fulfills other duties as assigned by management.
