Job summary

Stewart is seeking a motivated sales and marketing support professional to help promote Stewart services and ensure customer success. You will provide administrative and operational support to sales teams to help close Stewart products in line with leadership goals.

The role emphasizes answering routine questions, resolving inquiries, and following defined procedures, with an emphasis on teamwork and contributing to a high-performance sales environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer routine questions about products and services from internal and external customers.
• Effectively resolve inquiries or escalate concerns in a timely fashion.
• Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
• Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion.
• Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
• Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
