Job summary

Mitchell & Ness is seeking a results-driven coordinator to manage our B2B sales portal and product data assets in Irvine. You will organize marketing assets, catalogs, and seasonal lookbooks while ensuring timely updates and licensing compliance.

You will support adoption of sales tools, track product SKUs, and coordinate training sessions along with logistics for major market events. A strong office suite proficiency and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 2–3 years of relevant experience in a coordinator or support role, preferably within retail, apparel, or consumer goods.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to manage complex logistical situations involving physical product samples and digital catalogs/data sets.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, and Operations teams.
  • Familiarity with licensed sports apparel, including NBA/NFL/MLB relationships.
  • Experience with a CRM (e.g., Elastic, Salesforce) or apparel ERP/inventory system.
  • Passion for sports, fashion, and heritage of Mitchell & Ness.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize the B2B sales portal/platform by organizing and uploading marketing assets, product data, deadlines, and managing collection access.
  • Support adoption and use of sales productivity tools (PowerBI, Monday.com) with accurate tracking of product SKUs.
  • Manage and maintain GTM content library including seasonals, catalogs, lookbooks, and licensing usage guidelines.
  • Organize and distribute heritage stories and background info for retro collections.
  • Coordinate logistics for seasonal training sessions, including scheduling and securing product samples.
  • Maintain the master calendar for ongoing training on seasonal releases and updates.
  • Facilitate internal training and assemble resources for major market periods and industry trade shows.
