Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Bilingual Sales Trainer & Enablement Associate to design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training for internal teams, agency partners, and external stakeholders. You will serve as the primary bilingual trainer, delivering learning experiences in English and Spanish.

This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate complex insurance and technology concepts into practical, results-driven training, empowering agents to succeed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven experience designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training.
• Experience coaching sales professionals, brokers, or partners.
• Ability to translate complex insurance/tech concepts into actionable training.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored content and demos to improve win rates.
• Create webinars and onboarding programs for agents and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
• Track training effectiveness and iterate based on results.
• Facilitate engaging, scenario-based learning and Q&A sessions.
