Job summary

3M is seeking an Undergraduate Sales Enablement, Analytics & Operations Intern for the Transportation & Electronics Business Group (TEBG) starting Summer 2027. Interns work on real projects aligned with the team’s priorities, gaining exposure to leadership through training, networking, and mentorship.

Selected candidates will develop skills in data analysis, sales enablement, program management, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to analytics, CRM, and reporting initiatives

Qualifications

• Current pursuing bachelor’s degree or higher from accredited institution.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Sales, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Completed a minimum of sophomore year (4 semesters) by the start of the internship.
• Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to data visualization, CRM, sales reporting, or sales intelligence tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Working on meaningful projects that support real business, sales, operations, program, and customer priorities.
• Taking advantage of training, networking, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership.
• Developing foundational skills in data analysis, business insights, sales enablement, project management, problem solving, and communication.
• Projects could include business and sales analytics, sales enablement programs, and operations and insights.
