Job summary

3M is seeking an Undergraduate Sales Enablement, Analytics & Operations Intern for the Transportation & Electronics Business Group (TEBG), starting Summer 2027. Interns work on real projects, gain exposure to senior leadership, and develop data analysis, CRM, and sales insights skills.

On-site in Maplewood, MN with a housing and transportation stipend. Interns typically work 10–12 weeks, up to 899 hours per year.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Prefer background in Sales, Marketing, Business Analytics or related field.
• Completed at least four semesters by internship start; strong academic performance.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects representing real challenges faced by 3M’s TE&B group and related units.
• Engage in training, networking, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership.
• Develop foundational skills in data analysis, business insights, and sales enablement.
