Job summary

3M is offering an Undergraduate Sales Enablement, Operations & Analytics Intern position for Summer 2027 in the Safety & Industrial Business Group. You will work on projects to improve sales productivity, customer engagement, and smarter decision-making across sales, marketing, finance, product and supply chain.

You will gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, data analysis, reporting, and enablement resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support GTM execution.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or higher, from an accredited institution.
• Additional qualifications include study in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Data Analytics, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with data analysis, sales performance, and go-to-market strategies is helpful.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic projects that strengthen go-to-market execution, sales effectiveness, product positioning, and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales data, customer needs, pipeline trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support sales reporting, dashboards, forecasting, quota tracking, territory planning and performance tracking.
• Help improve sales processes, tools, workflows, CRM data, and best practices.
• Develop or support sales enablement materials such as playbooks, presentations, proposals and customer-facing resources.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and support business planning.
