Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans and forecasts.
• Directly manage a team of Captains and coach the broader store team for performance and development.
• Uphold merchandising standards and drive programs that engage customers and increase sales.
• Lead training initiatives to elevate service quality and accountability across the team.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and budgeting to align with store goals and traffic patterns.
• Hire and build strong teams through targeted recruiting and effective interviewing.
